Patty

Client Services Manager/V.P.

As Client Services Manager, Patty is responsible for overseeing all “back-office” operations for Evolution of Benefits.  Her ability to process and track all enrollments from start to finish with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail is second to none. Her follow up skills have earned her a recognition award with our former broker dealer.

Patty fields inquiries from Evolution of Benefits clients regarding all facets of coverage and account activity, interfacing with the home office staff of all insurance companies to resolve any issues.  She uses her strong follow-through skills to ensure that all accounts are up-to-date.

Prior to transitioning over to Evolution of Benefits, she worked as a compliance liaison at WealthPlanners. In that position, she was responsible for keeping all representatives within the rules of the broker dealer as well as FINRA. She also worked in the benefits industry with Creative Benefit Strategies.

Joe

Owner, CBC (Chartered Benefit Consultant), Kolbe Certified™ Consultant

Joe Fragale has over 30+ years of experience in the insurance and employee benefits industry.  As owner of Joseph James Associates DBA Evolution of Benefits, Joe’s primary focus is to deliver the consulting expertise available to large-scale businesses to the small and mid-sized business markets.  He works proactively to guide his clients through the maze of group health products, options, funding alternatives and The Affordable Care Act, helping to transform a huge expense burden into a meaningful, cost-effective and highly-valued benefit.

His “no-nonsense” down-to-earth approach and responsiveness have earned Joe the trust and respect of employers and employees alike.  He also advises many of his clients about their personal wealth, including college funding, retirement planning, asset allocation and investments.  Whether advising business owners about their company benefits or personal wealth, Joe strives to educate his clients and help them to make wise choices.   In the area of Employee Financial Education, he is able to effectively convey the potential value and impact of an employee benefits program in Spanish as well as English.

Joe earned his B.A. in Communications at Northern Illinois University and has since done extensive graduate-level course work in the area of Public Health and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP). He is a Chartered Benefit Consultant (CBC) and Registered Representative with Cambridge Investment Research, Inc.

Joe is a past board member of a local hospital-based philanthropic entity and prior two-term school board member. When he is not busy working or volunteering, Joe enjoys gardening and most of all, spending time relaxing with his wife Patty and their family.  Joe resides in Mt. Prospect, Illinois.

Annie

Account Administrator

Annie is responsible for the data integrity of our databases, generating compliance documents for our groups as well as assisting in other miscellaneous projects as Account Administrator.  Annie’s abilities to her attention to detail, follow through, and catching even the smallest discrepancies have added to the efficiency of our team.

Annie began her career in customer service which led her to seek further education.  She completed her certificate as a medical biller and billing coder specialist.  This insurance-based skillset makes Annie a valuable asset to Evolution of Benefits.

When Annie is not at work, she is pushing herself hard at the gym or spending time with her family.  She finds being a mother to her daughter has made her strive to improve and challenge herself; her role within the team creates this daily challenge.

Lia

Data Management Operator/Account Coordinator

As Data Management Operator and Account Coordinator, Lia is responsible for all of EOB’s data integrity, to include our databases and client portals,  She also lends her knowledge in marketing and other projects.  Lia’s attention to detail, follow through, and tech expertise have added to the efficiency of our team.

Lia began her career in managing software development teams.  She holds a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science and is a Certified Scrum Master.  Her tech management-based skillset makes Lia a valuable asset to Evolution of Benefits.

When Lia is not at work, she is meditating outdoors or spending time with her family.  She finds that self-introspection has made her strive to improve herself. She is highly motivated for growth and brings that inner energy to her role.
